These are the skills learned by head chef Ryan New during his seven years at top London restaurants Langan‘s Brasserie and Langan’s Coq D'Or under the watchful eye of leading chef and restauranter Richard Shepherd. There is nothing pretentious about this delightful restaurant. What you see is what you get - an uncomplicated high quality menu and a warm welcome. There are, of course, some exotic dishes like monkfish and seared scallops with wild rocket and roast cherry tomato salad. And there are some delicious English classics like fish and chips with mushy peas or pie of the week.

There are some mouth watering starters like home made salmon and dill fishcakes or field mushrooms with smoky bacon and a cheddar crust (and the home made pates are gorgeous too!). And to finish there are sumptuous belly-busting deserts like warm chocolate brownie with raspberry panacotta ice cream or home made bread and butter pudding with custard.

Situated in a picturesque bow fronted cottage opposite Kenilworth Castle, Harringtons On The Hill is the perfect venue for a memorable lunch or dinner. And it won't break the bank either.

Simon Steele wrote in his restaurant review, “Eating out can be as cheap or expensive as you want, but pound for pound it won‘t come much better than this.” Truly delicious food served in a happy environment. It’s ideal!
